Lindsay Benner
about.
Lindsay Benner is a beloved staple in the US variety arts scene. She currently hosts the Spiegelworld hit show OPM at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. You can also see her on Season Two Episode Seven of Apple TV's Children's show Hello Jack! The Kindness Show with Jack McBrayer basically playing herself as "Lindsay the Great", the juggler who comes to town.
In 2019 she made history by being the only non-magician ever to be nominated for the Magic Castle Awards. Lindsay mixes classic vaudeville tricks with a theatrical, seductive spin that gives her audience a unique and memorable experience like the greats of a bygone era.
Lindsay started as an actor, training heavily in the very physical Suzuki Acting technique. Before moving to Los Angeles in 2007, she honed her skills as a street performer in San Francisco and at festivals all over the world including the highly respected World Buskers Festival in New Zealand. In Los Angeles, she performed regularly at the Magic Castle, the Comedy and Magic Club in Hermosa Beach and Brookledge Theater while also touring her hour long show around the United States and across the world including the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
She co-produced the only all female variety show in Los Angeles called "Women in Vaudeville" which ran monthly from 2017-2019 at the Bob Baker Marionette Theater.
.In August of 2021, she moved to Las Vegas to perform her original Comedy straightjacket escape act in the Spiegelworld show Opium as well as juggle in the restaurant connected to the theater called Superfrico.
